TIM GRIZZLE JOINS NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGERS (NARPM®)

Buford, Georgia-Tim Grizzle, Associate Broker at Real Property Management Executives Greater Atlanta, recently was accepted as a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®), joining more than 3,300 residential property managers from throughout the Untied States.

NARPM® is the nation's only professional organization for managers of small residential properties, from single units to 4-plexes.  Members represent over $6 billion worth of residential properties nationwide.

NARPM® was founded in 1988 and continues to grow rapidly.  It provides networking, education, and public relations services to professionals within the residential property management arena.  NARPM® annual conventions are the most comprehensive means of education available to this profession.  One and two day course are taught throughout the country.  The Association administers the Certified Support Specialist (CSS®), Residential Management Professional (RPM®), the Master Property Manager (MPM®) and the Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®) designation programs.  More than 50 local chapters of NARPM® are currently operating in major metropolitan areas, and many more are in the formative stages.  For information, call NARPM® National at 800-782-3452.

I am honored to announce I have been appointed as a member at large to the Board of Directors of the Buford Business Alliance.

Beth and I had the privilege of hosting the monthly Business After Hours function this past week at the offices of Real Property Management Executives.  It was a great turnout with lots of networking.

I will be hosting the monthly Networking over Breakfast function this coming Tuesday morning, November 19, at the Spring Hill Suites (across from the Mall of Georgia).  The event begins at 8:00 a.m.
