Tough week for Atlanta Property Management

Needless to say, we don't often see single digit temperatures in Georgia. You learn a lot about your inventory in severe weather.  Thanks to our maintenance crews who worked long and hard to keep heat and water flowing and for the emergency responses when needed .

What would the elimination of the home mortgage deduction do for rental property investments?

Occasionally, we hear rumblings about changing the tax code to disallow interest and property tax deductions for primary residences. I often wonder what that would do to the rental side of things. If there are no tax benefits for home ownership, will more people rent? What do you think?
